I went to check the area earlier and although I like the community (Low rise bldgs with huge open green spaces), my biggest dilema is still the flooding in the area. I was told that the property itself is flood free but how about the entire stretch of roads that lead to the place?
ReplyDeleteHi, thanks for your comment. Admittedly, the issue of flooding has been one of the major concerns for most of our buyers for Arezzo. While it is correct that the place itself is flood free (it has been elevated by as much as 3 meters from road level), there had been some parts of the road (Sandoval Ave.) that had been submerged during the major rains of the past year.
DeleteIf ever, are you looking at the Pasig area only or are you open to other locations as well? Phinma has another project in Sucat with similar development as that of Arezzo and does not have the same concerns that may beset you.
i like the place and i planning to buy two units....for me. most important is the unit itself is flood free and i think the local government of pasig is doing something to prevent flooding in the area....this is the best deal you wont get this kind of offer in any developer....
ReplyDeletehi im louis balikbayan from new york, bumili kmi ng dalawang unit, ok presyo at pulido ang gawa ng phinma, unlike smdc or dmci maluwag yung sukat ng units sa arezzo...lahat may balcony maluwag ang building...more space....unlike sa smdc....sobrang sikip....kaya kung ako sa inyo bumili na din kayo...
